Think Detroit PAL requires adult volunteers to attend one IMPACT Coaches Training session per year to learn the organization's values and expectations and the most effective methods for being a positive youth mentor. IMPACT Coaches Training will be delivered through three levels which are Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced. Training is interactive and discussion based and will build on the volunteer's desire to help kids. The goal of the training is to help coaches understand what building character means to Think Detroit PAL and how they can use the youth sports experience to develop it in their players.
